We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our clients friendly team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident handling enquiries, and can manage administrative tasks efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as a first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and online enquiries
Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
Processing orders, bookings, or requests using internal systems
Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases
Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer queries are followed through
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and/or customer management systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
