Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary contact for technicians and subcontractors, providing daily operational support
Manage incoming enquiries from clients and field staff via phone and email
Coordinate schedules, documentation, and operational updates
Assist with basic device, system, and application troubleshooting for field teams
Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records
Ensure processes align with internal procedures and compliance requirements
Provide general administrative support to the wider operations team
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or operations support
A proactive mindset with a practical, solution-driven approach
