Job Responsibility:
Deliver proactive, high-quality customer service and consistently meet key performance targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with export customers and distributors
Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and marketing teams
Manage the company’s administrative and order-processing functions, driving ongoing improvements
Provide dependable administrative support to sales teams and managers, including literature requests, quote documentation, PFIs, and occasional customer quotations
Produce accurate and timely customer service KPI reports
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy of delivery details, VAT information, territory allocations, and other key data
Support the sales team in preparing quotations and tenders, ensuring deadlines and standards are met
Ensure all orders comply with company requirements, including valid purchase orders and upfront payment for cash-in-advance accounts
Requirements:
Previous experience in an office-based role
Background in customer-facing positions, ideally with exposure to export processes
Strong accuracy and attention to detail, even when working under pressure
Ability to use initiative to resolve day-to-day issues effectively
Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
