We are looking for a proactive, confident and customer-focused Customer Service Coordinator to support our growing operations across Sellenvo and ListaPro. This role involves managing customer communications across multiple channels and regions, including the UK, Europe, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and fluent in both English and Arabic, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails and website enquiries
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls and WhatsApp communications
Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Support customers across multiple regions, adapting communication styles where needed
Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Create and convert potential sales opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service processes
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communications or related field
Previous experience in a customer service or support role
Previous experience as an online seller or VA to sellers an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Customer-centric mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Comfortable and experienced using communication tools (email, CRM systems, messaging apps)
Nice to have:
Experience supporting international customers (UK, Europe, Middle East)
Familiarity with eCommerce or SaaS platforms
Experience using CRM or helpdesk systems
