As the first point of contact for customers at Coates Singleton your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Delivering high-quality customer service in person, by phone, and email, with a strong focus on mine site safety and compliance requirements
Preparing hire schedules, quotes, and invoices in line with site standards and regulatory obligations
Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns, ensuring all activities meet mine site access, safety, and compliance requirements
Working closely with customers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure equipment is fit-for-purpose and compliant for mine site use
Occasionally need to assist customers and colleagues in the yard with loading equipment
Requirements:
Previous face-to-face customer service experience
A desire to provide amazing customer experience
General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Capability to learn and absorb technical information
Nice to have:
An interest in the construction, mining, or engineering industries
