As the first point of contact at our Welshpool branch, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and helping customers find the right equipment solutions. You’ll join a collaborative team of 12, including drivers, mechanics, and customer service coordinators, all working toward a common goal. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Job Responsibility
Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
Prepare hire schedules, quotes, and invoices
Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, and breakdowns
Occasionally support the yard team with loading equipment
Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Experience in a customer-facing role
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn and understand technical information
Ability to adapt to changing priorities proactively and professionally
Nice to have
An interest in construction, mining, or engineering is a bonus
