Job Description

As the first point of contact for customers at our Burnie branch, your number one goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service with their equipment solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Addressing customer needs in person, by phone and email
  • Generating hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, transfers, pick-ups, repairs, breakdowns, portable toilet pump runs
  • Assisting with occasional yard duties, including supporting customers and colleagues with loading, unloading, and equipment movements
  • Liaising with suppliers to support our customers

Requirements

  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience
  • A desire to provide amazing customer experience
  • General computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Capability to learn and absorb technical information
