On behalf of a company operating in the automotive industry, we are looking for Customer Advisors for a team focused on Central Europe. Do you speak Dutch and German and/or French? Job Responsibility

  • Use your language skills to manage and resolve international roadside assistance cases across the European region
  • Take full accountability for every service request, providing clients with peace of mind by managing the process from initial contact to final resolution
  • Maintain a constant dialogue between service providers and clients, ensuring all stakeholders are updated with real-time progress
  • Apply a proactive and "outside-the-box" mindset to navigate complex technical or logistical hurdles when standard solutions aren't enough
  • Deliver a premium service experience by anticipating customer needs and ensuring they feel supported throughout the entire repair journey
  • Contribute to a culture built on teamwork, where collective expertise is used to overcome daily challenges
