Job Responsibility
Use your language skills to manage and resolve international roadside assistance cases across the European region
Take full accountability for every service request, providing clients with peace of mind by managing the process from initial contact to final resolution
Maintain a constant dialogue between service providers and clients, ensuring all stakeholders are updated with real-time progress
Apply a proactive and "outside-the-box" mindset to navigate complex technical or logistical hurdles when standard solutions aren't enough
Deliver a premium service experience by anticipating customer needs and ensuring they feel supported throughout the entire repair journey
Contribute to a culture built on teamwork, where collective expertise is used to overcome daily challenges
