As a Member Onboarding Consultant, you will be the friendly voice that welcomes our newest members. This is a crucial role focused on providing an exceptional positive member experience right from the start.

Job Responsibility

  • Onboarding Members: Conducting Welcome calls and providing value-adds following the sale of a product
  • Customer Service Excellence: Upholding customer service standards and accepting ownership to resolve any member inquiries
  • Education and Guidance: Educating members on their new product and guiding them through using the self-service app
  • Support and Administration: Handling policy updates and assisting with member initial enquiries and keeping accurate records of interaction
  • Compliance

Requirements

  • Contact Centre Experience: Proven experience in customer service or Contact Centre environments is essential
  • Strong verbal and phone communication skills are a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with individuals
