This is a unique opportunity to provide crucial support to customers in the hardships space, offering solutions and guidance during challenging times. Job Responsibility:
Managing inbound and outbound calls related to existing customer mortgages/loans
Acting with urgency and empathy to address customer inquiries and concerns
Proactively identifying and developing solutions for customers experiencing financial hardship
Delighting customers by always looking for new opportunities to improve their experience
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the overall customer journey
Requirements:
A strong background in a call centre or customer service environment, with proven experience handling difficult calls or customers
Exceptional empathy, professionalism, and resilience
A demonstrated ability to resolve disputes and maintain a strong customer focus
A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work a rotating roster between 7.45am and 8pm, Monday to Saturday
Must be available to commence Monday 27th April 2026
Must be available to attend an in person Assessment Centre Thursday 16th April 2026
