Job Description:

As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll be the friendly face and first point of contact at our Service Centre and Showroom. From greeting visitors and answering calls to processing service bookings and supporting sales and rental enquiries, you’ll play a key role in helping customers get the right technology, support and experience every time. This role keeps things moving—coordinating service book-ins, assisting with quotations, facilitating collections, and keeping communication flowing between customers, technicians and the broader team. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing front-counter service with administrative accuracy, while contributing to a safe, positive and team-oriented workplace.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver excellent customer service across front counter, phone and showroom interactions
  • Process service centre book-ins, repair collections, and showroom sales
  • Provide accurate service and sales quotations and direct enquiries to the right teams
  • Support rental and product enquiries both over the counter and by phone
  • Actively communicate service status updates and customer requirements to the Service Manager
  • Assist with invoicing, stock transfers, inventory replenishment and support call logging
  • Use Aptella systems and enterprise tools to input accurate, timely data
  • Participate in ongoing training, completing a minimum of three LEP skillsets/courses each quarter
