Job Responsibility:
Managing inquiries via phone and email with speed and flair
Turning customer challenges into positive outcomes through empathy and professional resolution
Maintaining gold-standard data entry and CRM records
Working alongside stakeholders to exceed expectations and hit deadlines
Requirements:
At least 3 months in a call center OR 12+ months in a fast-paced customer service environment
Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
Must be able to clear comprehensive background checks (Criminal History, AML, Entitlement to Work, and Reference checks)
