We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Customer service team in Bellshill. This role is deemed to be a security cleared role and falls under the remit of AEO, regulated by the HMRC, as such there will be enhanced screening as part of the recruitment.
Job Responsibility:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
Acting as the main point of contact to provide support and handle enquires
Creating and managing customer sales orders
Ensuring the accuracy of delivery information
Managing all shipments and bookings with Freight Forwarders in preparation of export documentation
Collaborating with internal teams including Commercial, production and logistics to ensure that orders are delivered to our customers on time and in full
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or order management
Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude
