Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Customer service team in Bellshill. This role is deemed to be a security cleared role and falls under the remit of AEO, regulated by the HMRC, as such there will be enhanced screening as part of the recruitment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Acting as the main point of contact to provide support and handle enquires
  • Creating and managing customer sales orders
  • Ensuring the accuracy of delivery information
  • Managing all shipments and bookings with Freight Forwarders in preparation of export documentation
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Commercial, production and logistics to ensure that orders are delivered to our customers on time and in full

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or order management
  • Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude
