Job Responsibility

  • Managing beneficiaries' requests and providing good customer service
  • Promoting and converting each property from valuations to an instruction for one or more of our services
  • Working with existing and new client's requirements, including direct contact with our client
  • Communicating with the client and other relevant groups in relation to the sale strategy
  • Offer negotiation and system completion
  • Adhere to the SLA for tasks assigned with the role
  • Providing cover on other caseloads during holiday and sickness periods

Requirements

  • Good relationship building, sales, and customer service skills
  • Confidence speaking to people in a professional yet friendly manner in-person, by email, and on the phone
  • Hitting (and ideally exceeding) targets
  • Good overall standard of education ie, passes at GCSE or equivalent certifications in English and Maths
  • Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Enjoy solving problems, thinking on your feet, multi-tasking, and a very busy working environment
  • Some knowledge or interest of the Property sector and a desire to build your career in this sphere
