Job Responsibility
Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience
register sales on assigned cash register
provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance
resolve customer issues and answer questions
model and share customer service best practices
recommend items for sale and trade-up/companion items
process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges
keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised
take inventory and maintain records
check in and price merchandise
implement asset protection procedures
ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products
construct and maintain displays
assist with separation of food items
assist with stock rotation
provide customer service in photo area
assume web pick-up responsibilities
assist with exterior and interior maintenance
comply with all company policies and procedures
complete special assignments and other tasks
attend training and complete PPLs.
Requirements
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
Nice to have
Six months of experience in a retail environment
prior work experience with Walgreens.
