Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate to work for a Jewish nonprofit. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. This position requires strong communication skills and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide detailed guidance to clients over phone and email
  • Update and maintain accurate client information in the database during and after interactions
  • Assist clients in resolving challenges related to loan applications and processes
  • Conduct outreach to local community organizations and non-profits to promote awareness of company services
  • Utilize technology effectively to enhance communication and streamline operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and other channels
  • Skilled in managing and updating client records with accuracy
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks and office operations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to assist clients with loan-related issues
  • Proficiency in using technology and office software
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment
