The Customer Service Associate position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to the client, following program guidelines and call center standards.
Job Responsibility:
Provides excellent customer service over the phone to vehicle owners according to customer package
Assists customers with account and subscription related inquiries
refunds, enrollments, changes, account updates, credentials, etc.
Provides support over the phone to the Police when a vehicle is reported stolen, following the established protocols
Provides support to clients in topics related to: Connected Drive such as remote unlock, purchase of apps for the vehicle, set up and connect the mobile phone to the car app, set up the customer account
Exhibits high level of professionalism in interactions with colleagues, Team Leads, Operations Managers, etc.
Performs other functions related to the position
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with computers and various software systems
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Amenable to work on night shift, holidays and working on-site
Nice to have:
Experience in customer service, dispatch, or a call center is often preferred
