Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
some college coursework or a degree is a plus
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a call center environment preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to resolve customer issues efficiently
Ability to remain detail oriented and courteous with customers at all times
Proficiency in using computers, office software, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
