Job Responsibility
Delivering a high standard of support across multiple platforms, including digital messaging, social media, and telephone
Supporting customers pre-sale, sharing product knowledge and driving sales
Assisting customers post-purchase, troubleshooting issues and ensuring efficient resolutions
Translating daily customer feedback into actionable insights to support continuous service improvement
Escalating complex issues where required
Requirements
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
Digitally proficient with an impeccable standard of written English
Driven by targets, adaptable to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised, punctual, and reliable
Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred, though training and on the job support will be provided
Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures with consistency
