Job Description:

Join as a Customer Service Assistant in an Out of Hours role for Facilities Management, providing excellent service remotely with flexible schedules and career growth opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • log and dispatch job orders
  • handle client queries
  • prepare job quotes
  • keep systems updated
  • work closely with suppliers and clients
  • provide high-quality customer service

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service
  • ability to work independently
  • great timekeeping and communication skills
  • organized and reliable
  • ability to multitask and work well with others
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to quickly learn in-house systems
  • bonus points for experience in Facilities Management or Help Desk

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Facilities Management
  • experience on a Help Desk
