Join us as an Customer Service Assistant to help us on our journey to providing quick and easy access to digital healthcare. You will play a critical role and be instrumental in the Customer Service team, and help maintain excellent patient relations throughout customer experience as we scale.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to patient and customer queries using Zoho Desk
Ensure that raised queries are responded to in a timely manner
Handle both inbound and outbound phone correspondence via Zoho Desk and CRM
Deliver quick responses to patients via our live chat service
Be proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite
Use/learn to use AI and LLMs to help facilitate your workload
Requirements:
Clear, empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently via phone, chat, and email
Willingness to learn — Zoho Desk, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
Strong organization skills, tech savviness, and openness to learning new tools such as AI and LLMs
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work effectively both independently and within a team
Nice to have:
Previous experience in healthcare environment
Previous experience using Zoho Desk, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office
