Customer Service Assistant

The Role... Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile. Of course, while you’re creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we’ll be thinking of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. You’ll receive all the training, support and opportunities you need. Think of it as a down-to-earth place to work, where you get to go up in the world. This is a 20-hour per week position and we are looking for someone who is motivated, customer-focused and enjoys working as part of a team. The successful candidate will need to be fully flexible, with shifts scheduled across our trading hours of 7:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 7:00pm Saturday and 10:00am - 4:00pm Sunday. The 20 contracted hours will be worked within these operating hours and shift patterns will vary in line with the needs of the business. As part of the team, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the store remains welcoming, well-stocked and ready to serve our customers every day.
