Job Description:

IKEA Cardiff invites enthusiastic and friendly people to join the Customer Relations team to deliver a superb customer experience in After Sales/Returns and check-outs. Work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive and inclusive team.

Job Responsibility:

Support in After Sales / Customer Returns area
resolve issues and process refunds/returns
aim to create a positive experience for customers
work together with colleagues in other functions
greet customers
assist customers in check-outs and returns desk
support customers at tills and self-serve scanning area
build loyalty by listening and offering informed solutions.

Requirements:

Experience of working in a team environment
passion for learning
enthusiasm for offering a superb customer experience
fast-paced role willingness to serve many customers.

Nice to have:

Retail or customer-facing experience
