My client, a global Fortune 500 company, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Agent to join their team in Caerphilly. Job Responsibility:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Effectively troubleshoot problems and offer appropriate solutions, escalating when necessary
  • Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds with precision
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in their CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through knowledge sharing and active participation

Requirements:

  • High school qualifications or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook)
  • Experience using Customer Service software
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Nice to have:

  • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience utilising a multi-line telephone system
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly dependable team player
  • Ability to prioritise workload and complete responsibilities on time
