Job Responsibility
Responding to incoming enquiries
responding to customer queries and processing orders
being on the phone as well as being the face of our trade counter, providing expert knowledge and assistance to any walk-in customers
proactively follow up on outstanding customer enquiries
prepare accurate quotations
look for opportunities to upsell and add value
Requirements
Knowledge of MRO/Engineering products is ideal, but full training will be provided
Prior internal sales experience or experience within a customer service / administrative environment
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, with strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
