Job Responsibility:

Answering incoming calls
logging and dispatching job orders
handling client queries and preparing job quotes
keeping systems up to date and clients informed
working closely with suppliers and clients

Requirements:

Experience in customer service
knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
ability to work independently
great timekeeping and communication skills
organized, reliable, and checklist-oriented
multitasking skills
ability to collaborate with others

Nice to have:

Experience in Facilities or Help Desk
