Job Description:

Remote Customer Service role with flexible hours and career growth opportunities. Work from home, handle client queries, and provide exceptional service in a supportive team environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • logging and dispatching job orders
  • handling client queries and preparing job quotes

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • ability to work independently
