Job Description

IKEA Southampton are looking to welcome Customer Relations Assistants to join our delightful and friendly team. If you are looking for a role where you get to build your customer service skills and help co-create the wonderful everyday with our many in-store guests, we would be happy to hear from you. We have part-time contracts working on our Check-Outs and Customer Relations / Returns areas, where you would provide after sales support.

Job Responsibility

Create a positive experience for customers so they will want to return and shop with us again over time
work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience
meet and greet customers, assist customers at check-outs and returns desk
build loyalty by listening to customers and using knowledge of IKEA product range to offer informed solutions

Requirements

Experience - paid, voluntary or at school - of working in a busy team environment
motivated to learn
interested in offering a great customer experience
retail or customer-facing experience is desirable
