Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts and provide excellent support throughout the order and communication process. The ideal candidate must have strong English language skills, solid knowledge of Excel, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Additional knowledge of ERP systems will be evaluated.
Job Responsibility:
Handle communication with export customers via email and phone
Process and follow up on customer orders and inquiries
Maintain accurate customer records and reports
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
Provide professional and efficient customer support
Prepare and update sales and shipment documentation
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Achieving assigned quarterly sales goals
Communicate new products and innovation
Reporting sales progress, maintaining sales records on daily, weekly, and monthly basis, to include sales call reports, weekly preview reports, expense reports, and other reports as directed by the management
Requirements:
College business or related field degree
Professional inside sales or/and customer service experience strongly preferred
Positive, enthusiastic and energetic
Strong negotiation skills and written and verbal communication skills
