Job Description:

We’re looking for a friendly, helpful person to join the team in our Wolverhampton branch. The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers, in a welcoming environment, where every day is different. This role will suit someone who’s at ease talking to lots of different people and able to support their needs in a caring, friendly and efficient manner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting a wide range of customers
  • Finding solutions for our customers
  • Keeping up to date with our services, policies and procedures
  • Staying on top of admin
  • Dealing with cash transactions carefully and accurately
  • Taking telephone calls for our greater Customer Service area

Requirements:

  • Current experience in a customer focused role (e.g. retail, hospitality or call centre)
  • Experience of interacting directly with customers and providing a great service on a daily basis
  • Good attention to detail with experience of processing customer details or data accurately

Nice to have:

  • Experience of cash handling
  • Following policies and processes
  • Ability to deal with more challenging or sensitive customer situations
