Customer Service Assistant

Exciting things are happening in Saffron Walden! We're opening a brand-new, small-format store and are looking for 20 Customer Service Assistants to help us bring it to life. We have full time contracts available at 39 hours per week and also part-time positions available to give you that work-life balance, these include, 8 hours, 16 hours and 24hrs per week, these are all permanent positions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new team from day one, receive comprehensive training before opening, and play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Our experienced Store Manager is building a supportive, high-performing team, and we'd love you to be part of it. No two days are the same. As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll help keep the store running smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service.
