Hayley Dexis is looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team at our Bradford branch. Hayley Dexis is the UK's largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables. We employ over 1,300 people and pride ourselves on delivering industry-leading customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in customer service within a busy and supportive branch environment. As a Customer Service Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience across key areas of the branch, building the skills needed to deliver excellent service to our customers. You will rotate through: Trade Counter – supporting and serving customers face-to-face; Internal Sales / Office – handling calls, emails, and customer enquiries; Warehouse Operations – understanding stock, order fulfilment, and logistics. This well-rounded approach ensures you develop a strong understanding of both our products and how we support customers from enquiry through to delivery. Apprenticeship in Customer Service (Level 2 or 3 depending on experience). Duration: typically 12–18 months. Study and coursework completed during working hours. Regular support from a training provider and your manager. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm). Based on-site at our Bradford branch.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
A genuine interest in customer service and building a career
Enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Basic IT skills (including Microsoft Office)
Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
Well-presented and professional approach
Able to travel to and work locally
No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and commitment to learning
