GrainCorp is currently seeking a Admin and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hamilton Brisbane to coordinate road freight and manage inventory for the Animal Nutrition business.
Job Responsibility
Providing an exceptional customer experience to GrainCorp's Animal Nutrition customers and suppliers through effective logistics coordination, inventory management and transaction entry
Delivering effective communication, teamwork, transaction execution and cross skilling with multiple stakeholders
Offering a seamless customer service experience by always providing a prompt response, problem solving any queries effectively to ensure accurate resolution and execution of logistics movements
Requirements
Working knowledge of MS Office
High level of accuracy and accountability
Experience working with customers/suppliers and sound communication skills
Some prior experience in a logistics role dealing with road freight or a degree in business logistics
Nice to have
Knowledge of SAP or AGTech highly desirable but training will be offered
