Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry? Randstad Professional is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Associate to join a leading food manufacturing organization in Mississauga. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related sales or customer service role within the CPG industry
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a Business program or a related field
  • Proven experience navigating ERP systems
  • Familiarity with claims and deductions clearance processes is highly preferred
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week (9 am – 5 pm) on-site in Mississauga
  • Must be a self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a larger team
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with vlookups and complex formulas
  • Strong technical aptitude with previous experience interacting with ERP systems (QAD preferred)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple changing priorities
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve complex issues
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external liaison
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record maintenance
