As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor, you’ll blend exceptional service with commercial awareness — using your listening skills, attention to detail, and natural rapport-building abilities to guide customers smoothly through the start of their home-moving journey and introduce them to the conveyancing support they’ll need.
Job Responsibility
Calling warm leads... customers who need a Conveyancing service, and selling the benefits of the market leading service of Simplify, and our associated ID service
Guiding clients through the process and starting them on their journey
Requirements
Strong communication skills and the ability to reassure, guide, and influence customers
Excellent attention to detail and confident use of multiple computer systems
A service-first mindset paired with a natural instinct for spotting and developing sales opportunities
Strong listening skills and the ability to pick up on subtle buying signals
Rapport-building ability that makes customers feel at ease from the start
Persuasive, confident conversational skills and resilience when handling objections
Clear, easy-to-understand verbal communication and solid written accuracy
Positivity, drive, and motivation to achieve targets
Experience in customer service or sales (property experience is a bonus, not essential — we’ll train you!)
