We are looking for a Customer Service and Logistics Agent, who will be directly responsible for the purchasing and import processes for materials from international suppliers, from the creation of purchase orders, tracking pick-up at source, and receiving at our site and system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain constant communication, negotiations, and general business relationships with suppliers in the industrial and logistics sectors in Mexico, Europe, and Asia, ensuring their proper performance and working on their development if necessary
  • Follow up with assigned clients, including the review of their demand/orders, facilitating the necessary documentation for the export of sold materials, and monitoring the invoice entry process for payment
  • Collaborate with the warehouse/production team to ensure the receipt, supply, and shipment of associated components to assigned clients (inventory tracking)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, Administration, Engineering, or a similar field
  • Certification or demonstrable proficiency in advanced Excel with Power BI, Power Query, macros, and/or interactive dashboards
  • Knowledge of SAP (1-3 years of experience)
  • Advanced level of both oral and written English
  • Effective communication, negotiation, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
