Job Responsibility

  • Dispatch and coordinate service calls for a fleet of nearly 40 installation technicians across Quebec and Ontario
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls (60-80 per day) for appointment scheduling and customer support
  • Greet and assist customers at the front desk of our Montreal branch for file processing and payments
  • Optimize appointment schedules using our digital management system
  • Collaborate closely with the billing and sales departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Perfect command of both English and French (oral and written)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center, a financial institution (such as RBC or BMO), or the insurance sector
  • Excellent knowledge of the city of Montreal and its surrounding areas (North Shore/South Shore) is a major asset for optimizing technician dispatch
