Our client in the nonprofit space is seeking a compassionate and service-oriented Customer Service Agent to support clients, donors, members, or community stakeholders with professionalism and care. Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries from clients, donors, members, or community partners
Provide accurate information regarding programs, services, events, or organizational resources
Resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
Document interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
Route complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
Support outreach efforts, event communications, and general administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization’s service standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
CRM or database experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
