Customer Service Agent

• Customer Service by phone, e-mail or social media for solving incidents
• Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Parallel work for the Department of Operations

• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions
• Previous experience using Zendesk
• High Italian level (oral & written)
• Fluent in Spanish or English
• Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Solution-oriented and reliable professional
• Incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• Decisive and organized
• Love being part of a dynamic team
• Candidates must reside in Spain
