Job Description:

Fever is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional assistance to their customers. The position requires Japanese proficiency and fluency in Spanish or English. Responsibilities include engaging with customers via phone, email, or social media, managing incoming calls and chats, resolving complaints, and maintaining records. The role also supports the Department of Operations and has a night shift schedule. Fever offers a remote work environment, health benefits, and discounts on events.

Job Responsibility:

Customer Service by phone, e-mail or social media for solving any incidents generated daily
Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions
Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred
High Japanese level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English
Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Solution-oriented and reliable professional
Incredibly detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
Flexible and adaptable to quick changes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Decisive and organized
Reside in Spain

Previous experience using Zendesk
