Additionally, you will actively collaborate with the team to optimize file processing and perfect the daily management of inquiries. 📍 Location: Downtown Montreal 💼 Status: 6-month contract (with strong potential for extension and permanent hire). 🕒 Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM OR 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (35 hours/week). 💰 Salary: $22 to $26 / hour, depending on experience.
Job Responsibility
Handle approximately 180 calls per day
Identify customer needs and transfer them to the appropriate department
Effectively use digital tools (Outlook, Teams, virtual phone systems)
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in standard office software
Bilingualism (French and English) is required to serve clients outside of Quebec
Experience in a call center environment is an asset, but training will be provided
