Then we have the job for YOU! Randstad is looking for Customer Service Agents to work for our client in the Medical Testing Industry. This is an ongoing contract.
Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional client support on health testing policies and procedures
Booking clients for testing appointments
Assist clients with registration, obtaining results and technical issues
Ensure personal KPIs are met through timely responses and resolution to customer inquiries, complaints, issues, escalations and incidents
Resolve and escalate issues
Adhere to policies and procedures
Successfully work in a very fast paced and hectic environment
Work independently and as a team player
Requirements:
Mandatory 1 Year experience in a Call Centre environment
Have exceptional communication skills
Experience hitting KPI targets (Average hold time, quality assurance, call quality and monitoring targets)
Have a secure and quiet work space at home with no interruptions
Have a hard wired internet source and obtain a minimum of 15 MBPS Download speed and 10 MBPS Upload speed
