The Customer Service Agent handles inbound customer service calls for the Activations department, supporting customers who have purchased prepaid corporate marketing mini-vacation packages. This role ensures customers are properly qualified, issues are resolved promptly, and tour show rates are positively impacted.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist customers holding prepaid corporate marketing mini-vacation packages
  • Requalify customers based on current corporate marketing package tour qualifications
  • Positively influence the tour show rate through effective communication and service
  • Resolve customer issues using a one-call resolution approach and established guidelines
  • Maintain professional conduct and deliver high-quality service to all customers and team members
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours, report on time, and meet performance expectations
  • Manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail
  • Uphold a clean, courteous, professional attitude and appearance

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service abilities
