Job Description:

Fever is the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This role involves providing top-notch customer service to users via phone, email, or social media, resolving incidents, and collaborating with the operations team. Candidates must be flexible, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of Zendesk is valuable. This is a full-time, remote position requiring fluency in Cantonese Chinese along with Spanish or English proficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Customer Service by phone, e-mail or social media for solving any incidents generated daily
  • Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations during periods of low incident resolution

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions is highly valuable
  • Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred
  • High Cantonese Chinese level (oral & written) and fluent in either Spanish or English
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are solution-oriented and reliable
  • Are incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills
  • Are flexible
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be decisive and organized
  • Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company
  • Candidates must reside in Spain
