We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to fill a permanent position in Montreal (Northeast). Job Responsibility:

Manage incoming calls and customer requests
Perform after-sales service, including managing claims and product returns
Interact with internal (stores, warehouses) and external teams (customers, suppliers, stores)
Follow up on files and maintain customer satisfaction
Provide support to retailers on warranty applications

Requirements:

Minimum of one year of experience in customer service
Essential bilingualism (French and English)
Availability to work on weekends (half a day on Sunday)
