Job Responsibility:
Provide high-quality written support to merchants and end customers, no phone calls, just smart, thoughtful messaging
Use logic, empathy, and efficiency to meet performance goals and deliver excellent service
Identify and escalate urgent issues to your Team Leader to ensure smooth operations
Share ideas and feedback to help improve team processes and the overall customer experience
Requirements:
Fluent Italian/German – both written and spoken- advantage
Fluent English – both written and spoken, is a must
Clear, kind, and concise communication skills
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a service-first attitude
A team-oriented spirit and a desire to learn and grow
