Marston Holdings Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a 6-month fixed term basis. This is a full time 37.5h/week role based in our Rochdale office. As a Customer Service Agent with Marston Holdings Ltd you will have a pivotal role in our contact centre engaging with customers and helping them find a solution whether that’s processing payments or helping them resolve a query. This role involves taking inbound calls taking payments processing applications and answering queries.
