Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates
Provide information regarding products, services, orders, or accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Support additional administrative and service-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
1+ year of customer service, call center, or client support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
CRM experience preferred
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service
