Job Description:

Konecta is pleased to offer this opportunity working on behalf of a Hertz 24/7 to provide exceptional customer service across multi channels – live webchat, emails and alerts. There will also be occasional outbound calls required. As a Customer Service Agent, you are in the best position to support our customers to achieve the best from our products, providing support information and assistance across a number of different communication channels. Our Customer Service Agent are true ambassadors for Hertz 24/7, with a passion for what they do. You will be a key member in supporting customers to achieve the best of our product.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional customer service across multi channels – live webchat, emails and alerts
  • Occasional outbound calls
  • Support customers to achieve the best from our products, providing support information and assistance across a number of different communication channels
  • Represent the brand to the highest standard

Requirements:

  • To be fluent in English
  • Breathe great Customer Service and understand how important it is to put the Customer at the heart of our business and interactions
  • Being an excellent communicator is essential
  • Be an ambassador for Hertz 24/7 and represent the brand to the highest standard
  • Have a passion for helping others and an ability to persuade and communicate with people on different levels
  • A logical approach to resolving issues
  • Significant experience of working with Customers, either face to face or remotely / phone
  • Proficient in computer technology and systems
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Able to positively influence others
  • Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
