Our client, a fast-growing company in the food distribution industry located in Laval, is looking for their next Client Account Manager to support increasing demand.
Job Responsibility:
Taking orders and providing customer support by phone and email
Upselling by suggesting new products to clients
Preparing invoices and quotes
Providing after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Market development and identifying new sales opportunities
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing company (B2B experience required)
Ability to provide trustworthy and dynamic customer service over the phone
Strong persuasion skills
Bilingual (French and English)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of the SAGE 400 system is considered an asset
Experience in the food distribution industry is also considered an asset
