Job Description:

This role involves providing exceptional customer service during the night shift, managing incidents, and contributing to Fever's innovative goals. The ideal candidate is Korean-speaking, detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Customer Service by phone, e-mail or social media for solving any incidents generated daily
  • Managing and efficiently handling incoming calls and chats to ensure efficient and high-quality communication with clients
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions are highly valuable
  • Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred
  • High Korean level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are a solution-oriented and reliable professional
  • Are incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills
  • Are flexible
  • Be decisive and organized
  • Love being part of a dynamic team in a growing company
  • Candidates must reside in Spain
